Key too long to connect smart TV

Hello
I just bought a Sharp LED smart TV and I can't connect it to Wi-Fi.
In fact, it detects my router, but when asked to enter the password, the designated area cannot hold all the characters of my key.

    I am very surprised by these 30 characters; could it not be the serial number or something else (reference?) look closely at "WiFi security key WPA/WPA2"?

      It is indeed my security key.
      I solved the problem with the link you provided, so I shortened my key by a few characters.

        Okay, but it's not the best solution to shorten a security key

        It would have been better to go all the way and understand why you "only had the right" to 21 characters
