TV with no signal cut-off

Hello,

I have a problem with my Edenwood television, 164 cm; it has been working fine for a year, but for the past month, it shows no signal and no longer works. Can you guide me on this issue? Thank you for your responses.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 62.0.3202.94

    Hello and welcome,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      Good evening, my husband tried unplugging the HDMI cables and for now it’s working again for the last hour and a half. Thank you for your response, I hope everything is back to normal, thanks again.

      But you're welcome, and do not hesitate to reset it if needed, which will restore the TV's settings as if you just bought it.
