Good evening.
My computer no longer recognizes my Ethernet cable, and I would like to know what the issue might be?
First, here is my configuration:
Operating system
Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64 bit (build 10.0.15063)
Motherboard
Asus G11CD 1.xx (BIOS 0802)
Processor
Intel Core i5-6400 2.70 GHz LGA1151 (Intel64 Family 6 Model 94 Stepping 3)
Memory
ASU21D4U5S8MB-8 Bank 0 (8 GB)
Storage
TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 SCSI (931.51 GB)
Graphics card
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Network card
Card #1: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
Card #2: Realtek 8821AE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC
I have updated everything from the TousLesDrivers website, but it still does not detect my cable, while everything was working perfectly last night.
Thank you for taking the time to respond to me.

Hello,
This issue could be coming from the box, the cable, or the network card driver,...
-First of all, I recommend checking if the cable is properly connected at the router/box? If necessary, try changing ports if there are other available ports on the router/box. At least you can see if it’s not the router's port that’s acting up.
-You should check if the cable works on another PC. Because the problem could also come from the cable with a pin that might have broken, for example,...
-If the cable works on another machine, try reinstalling the Ethernet network card driver by searching for the drivers on the official Realtek website.

I checked my BOX and everything was connected.
I have a box that allows for multiple cables, so I changed it and everything worked.
I am now at 500 download.
Thank you for taking the time to help me.
I conclude the topic with "resolved" for the other members.
Best regards.
