"Windows is recovering" my PC is stuck on this!

Hello,
Hi community! It's all in the title! My PC keeps getting stuck on "Windows is resuming" and I can't do anything. Does anyone have a genius idea? ? For your information, I am using Windows 10. Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 62.0.3202.84

    Hello, maybe the question is resolved but if it happens to you again, a good way is to press the power button and hold it until your PC turns off, then turn it back on and wait because it will do some cleanup and it can take 10 to 15 minutes. Good luck new33, it happened to me.
