One-sided sound Beats Solo Bluetooth

Hello,

I got a pair of Beats Solo wireless headphones a little over a year ago (out of warranty) as a gift with an Apple product. They were working perfectly until now both via Bluetooth and wired. But for some time now, in Bluetooth mode, the sound only comes out of the left side (very unpleasant). They still work perfectly with the wire.

I’ve tried resetting the headphones, rebooting the connection on my various devices, the sound equalizer is right in the middle, in short, I see no solution.

The problem persists on all my devices: iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The headphones have not experienced any shocks or mistreatment. The foam on the left side is starting to wear a bit, but I don’t think that’s where the problem lies. I have the impression that the problem started after a charge on my Mac (I usually listen while charging).

I plan to update with Beats Updater to see if the problem is related to that.

So here are my questions:
Can I be reassured by the fact that the headphones work perfectly wired and that it’s simply a minor bug? Basically, I’m not sure how it works—does the sound come from the same source for wired and wireless?
If not, how can I remedy my problem?

Hello, I have the solution. I recently had the same problem. The issue appeared after plugging it into a PC with the cable instead of Bluetooth. I tried resetting it, but it didn't work. I didn't want to try taking the headset apart for fear of breaking something. Since the problem appeared after connecting with the cable, I repeatedly tried turning on the Bluetooth and as soon as it turned on, I plugged the cable into the headset, then unplugged it and turned the headset on again, then plugged it in as soon as the light came on (as soon as the cable is plugged in, Bluetooth automatically turns off). I did this 5 or 6 times and after that, I tried turning on the headset and connecting it to my phone's Bluetooth, and both sides worked again.
