Decoder stuck on BOOT

I have turned off the power several times to restart it without success....

    not much to do except customer service if the warranty is still valid...

    In fact, you need to reset it. To do this, unplug the decoder, then press the two buttons P+ and P- on the decoder together and hold them down while plugging the power back in.
