Hello,
Following the changes in television, the Sagem that records programs for my grandmother is no longer working.
When I do an automatic channel scan, it only finds very few (4), and to do it manually, I need the frequencies for each channel, which I don't have!
Any advice to help me? Or will my grandmother have to change her recorder?
Thank you!

Hello,
This device has simply become obsolete since the transition to the new TNT broadcasting standard in MPEG4 (April 5, 2016)
Your device is at the MPEG2 standard, see the specifications on page 45 (49 of the PDF below)
http://support.sagemcom.com/site/livret/LU_253018569D_DTR6400T_6700T_FR.pdf
In order to continue being used, you need to add an MPEG4 TNT decoder
See Andy31200's advice on the matter https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-33479488-recherche-de-chaines-francaises#8
Very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...-
Thank you! I'll check that out!
In terms of budget, do you know if it's more worth it to get an MPEG-4 decoder or to buy a recorder?- The decoders cost around thirty euros.

Prefer those that allow recording on external storage... (Thanks to the PVR Personal Video Recorder function)
It should be noted, however, that the recording procedures will be more complex since it will be necessary to program not only the decoder but also the recorder...
