How to get the URL of a video on a streaming site?

Hello,
I would like to know how to get the URL of a video (specifically from Rutube) that is on a streaming site because I am trying to obtain the URL and it doesn't work, and when I right-click on the video it doesn't work either. Best regards.

Yes, but that's the URL of the website, specifically the streaming site, which is at the top of the site. I'm looking to get the URL of the video itself.
