for rugby, I don't know, I'm more into cycling. But you can watch some TV channels directly on your PC. For example, I have L'Équipe 21 (you just type it into the address bar, and once connected, you can bookmark the site. However, you need to keep an eye on the programs to know when a sport is broadcasted.
I have France Télévisions, Arte, TV5 Monde, etc., especially since my TV isn't working!
Just type the name of the channel into the address bar on Google.
You can also search for "France-England" streaming or even videos.
