How to remove the two arrows on the screen

Hello,

I followed your advice to set my computer to the horizontal position, but two arrows are flashing on the right side of the screen, one at the top and one at the bottom. How can I remove them? Thanks for your advice.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 61.0.3163.100

      I didn't understand your answer, too bad I'll go to a repair shop. Thank you.

      While I was cleaning my keyboard, my screen went vertical, I followed CCM's advice and pressed ctrl alt arrow, but two blinking arrows 1 cm in diameter are blinking, one pointing up, the other pointing down. I must have touched a function that I don't know how to erase, thank you anyway.
