Very small photos

Solved

Hello,
after a bad manipulation, all my photos on Windows 7 with
Photofiltre
have become tiny and I can't resize them back to normal
I thought that changing the image dimension and clicking on
"action" would work, but it didn't. I've been trying for a week now and nothing.
I've looked for other software to resize them, but nothing works.
If someone can help me, I would be very grateful and I thank you
in advance.
Someone desperate...

Thank you for replying to me. The size of my photos is 946 x 240,
apart from in my documents where I store them or Windows Live Gallery.
Almost all my photos are in this format.
With PhotoFiltre, I wanted to make a banner for a blog, but then when I wanted to quit (PhotoFiltre), all my photos started scrolling very fast. When I saw that I had done something wrong
(but I don't know what), I went to check my images and all my photos have the shape of the banner on a white background with a small photo in the middle.
I went to check what you told me, but as I couldn't find it, I'm coming back a bit late, and thank you very much for replying to me...

If there is batch processing, it is possible that all images are "transformed" and in that case, unless there is a backup (images saved in duplicate; which should always be part of basic precautions), it's dead.

    Hello.

    >>> I've been working on it for a week <<<

You should have attempted to recover it immediately using the Récuva software. A week is quite a long time, unless you haven't used the PC much since.

But you can still try in case luck is on your side. If you have any photos to recover, copy them directly onto a USB drive and not into a new folder. The recovery is more reliable that way.

    This is just a suggestion . . . Cheers

    Hello or good evening!!
I've used the PC a lot, but I'm still going to give it a try.
    Nothing ventured, nothing gained!!
I have an external hard drive, so that's what I'm doing, thanks for the advice.

Choose only the image option. Search at 90%. Don't go beyond that because sometimes the software gets blocked. But already 90% is quite a few days back.

After clicking on "cancel" (at 90%), open the advanced mode and click on thumbnails to see all the proposed images in real time.

      Good luck . . . Bye

    Hello

"after a bad manipulation" But what else?

If your photos are small, it's because you are viewing/editing the thumbnails and not the photos themselves.

You need to check where the original files are located (where you store/import them on the machine with the file manager), what size are the photos?

    best regards
