Hello,
I currently have my PC (Brand Vibox) and I have 2 major issues.
The first one is Chrome. Every page I stay on for about 10 minutes shows something like "ouch ouch ouch".
But the worst part is that my PC keeps getting a blue screen all the time. I received it today..

Hi,
A brand new PC that doesn't work with Windows by default is not normal.
Return it, or immediately contact the store that sold it to you so they let you try reinstalling Windows 10 with an ISO on a USB drive using Rufus, and run tests before returning it if that doesn't solve the problem.
To boot from USB, look for the Boot Menu button during startup.
You might have a hard drive issue.
Or RAM that is not properly seated or faulty.
You can run a Memtest to check if it has any defects.

Hello,
I will try to communicate with the store.
In the meantime, I went ahead with the installation of Windows (7 this time) via a bootable USB drive. The PC is working (just missing a network driver).
So I did some little research in the Windows.old
'C:\windows\system32\drivers'
And the problem came from here. Indeed, the infamous file vdrvroot.sys that was supposedly damaged was not there. So how it disappeared, I don't know. This is the cause of the problem, but it doesn’t solve it.
Anyway, thanks for your help ;)

Well, nothing is really working in the end :/ everything crashed on my PC. I'll detail the situation:
> Basically, I did a Dual Boot. Both Windows (10 and 7) are not working anymore. If I try to install Windows via a bootable USB, it crashes in the same way as the others (Blue Screen). What I want to do is replace Win7 with Win10 (knowing that I can't launch any Windows). Or even remove Win7. My PC is guaranteed with Windows 10, and I can't return it to the store if it has Windows 7. Thanks to anyone who tries to help me.
> As for the Mem test, I've already tried it. There are indeed memory issues.

It is definitely guaranteed for you to be able to reinstall Windows 10 as well; if you can't even reinstall it, then it's not a valid PC.
Or format your disk with a KillDisk ISO before installing it.

It's not the same thing.
They say a file is corrupted or doesn't exist >
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\vdrvroot.sys
