Good evening

As the title indicates, I am unable to connect my new 3DS to the Internet
Indeed, it does not detect the 2.4 GHz even when changing the channel; either it manages to detect it and I am lucky
Or it does not, and I get error 003-1099
However, everything is entered correctly, the right key

I also do not wish to change the key as everything else can connect (including my smartphone)

How can I force the connection to 2.4 GHz?

Configuration: Dell Latitude Windows 10 Pro

    Hello,

What is the format of the security key in WEP?

      Hello Regcal

No in WPA 2 since it manages the WPA key

Maybe changing the channel would be the solution

Otherwise rebooting the box finally allowed me to connect the 3DS and then waiting until tonight allowed the console update

Ok here are the specifications for Nintendo: Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 3DS XL*

Wireless Frequency: 2.4 GHz FrequencyWireless Modes: 802.11b, 802.11gWireless Security Modes: WEP, WPA-PSK (TKIP), WPA-PSK (AES), WPA2-PSK (AES), WPA2-PSK (TKIP)

So it’s not the frequency that’s the issue.

    Could it be MAC filtering?

Currently, the 2.4GHz is on channel 11
    MAC filtering, I don't know

    I'm going to work ;)

Either change the channel or check the MAC filtering in the Bbox administration console.

Oops, didn't see your image, no Mac filtering so I think the channel is to blame.

I just changed the channel to 11 for the 2.4GHz
Sometimes I can connect, but it doesn't last long
(Except in the middle of the night when the new 3DS can connect)

Well, the channel change worked well
    Everything connects perfectly
    We'll see over time
