Snapchat won't send messages

Hello,
Why does Snapchat take three hours to send a message? It's not even three hours, I've been trying to send a message for a week and it doesn't work, basically it doesn't send it, it's really annoying, why is this happening to me?

Configuration: iPod / Safari 10.0

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem! I can send photos and videos but not text messages, I don't get it, it's really annoying.

      Well, me too, but the thing is I can't do anything with the app, so there you go, and I have a Redmi Note 9.
