Hello,
I have a Lenovo PC running Windows 10 (C40-30 Type F0B4) and since yesterday, I cannot turn it on. Indeed, when I start it using the power button, I get the message: error 1962 no operating system found...on a black screen.
I've read on forums that it's possible to access the BIOS by pressing shift and restart, but in my case, I can't even access the login menu because I have a black screen with just the message on a line at the top of the screen.
What can I do to troubleshoot this?
