Keyboard issues, how to change color...

Hello,
Recently, I got a DRAKKAR UTGARD GAMING KEYBOARD.
However, when I go to my settings, I see the name and details of my old keyboard, not the new one.
I would also like to change the backlight color, but when I press the "KONIX" key, it doesn't change color.
I don't have an "FN" key on this keyboard.

Hello, install the driver for your keyboard from the provided CD or from this one: https://www.konix-interactive.com :)

Hello, I downloaded this software but it says that the keyboard is not connected, and the other program won't start and is stuck on waiting. What should I do?

I have the same problem and the same keyboard, while it says "Raider Model" on the box, not Utgard. I've tried spamming the key for the backlight, but it just won't turn on. Have you found a solution, or should I take it back to the store first thing tomorrow? Thank you.
