Hello friends,
I have 3 large printers to move: 2 Ricoh MPC2003 and 1 Canon IPF760. I would like to know how to ensure they work well after the move. For example, should I leave the cartridges inside or take them out?
Thank you for reading.
Configuration: Linux / Firefox 56.0

Hello,
I would say no to the cartridges...
The only thing is to package them carefully and avoid shocks related to transport...
Thank you for responding please... -
Thank you for your feedback MPMP10. The Canon printer uses toner and the Ricoh uses ink cartridges. I read that the ink cartridges should not be removed because they can dry out. However, for the Canon, the toner should be removed; otherwise, it can leak due to shaking.

Ah! I see that my research has brought some good information. Afterwards, I found a way to move these devices with minimal jolting.
I think that if I avoid jolting, there shouldn't be any concerns, or am I wrong? There is also direct exposure to sunlight, but that will be really brief (10 minutes).

Finally, the printers have been moved successfully. There was just the dislodging of one of the two translucent tubes located above the last compartment of the Ricoh printer (the one under which there are the wheels). I don't know what it is for, but since the printers are printing and scanning again, it couldn't have been really essential for the printer's operation.
