Roccat Talk won’t open

Hello,

I’ve installed everything that’s needed and yet when I try to open Roccat Talk nothing happens (I bought my Roccat Isku FX keyboard this afternoon). I don’t know what to do. Also, a folder right below is asking me if I want to uninstall it.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 61.0.3163.100

      I don’t know, I don’t understand anything and it seems I’ve installed everything that’s necessary because they confirm it during the installation, like “software properly installed.”

    look in the device manager if you don’t have a yellow ? or /!\ for the keyboard (among other things)

      In "this PC" ? folders ? my keyboard does not appear in there :/

    if your PC is running Windows 10, type "control panel" in Cortana

    in the search results, click on "Control Panel"

    in the "Control Panel", click on "Device Manager"

    disconnect the keyboard and uninstall the device (including drivers)

    restart the PC and reconnect the keyboard

    tell me what it yields

    have you tested the keyboard on another PC to see if the problem is the same?

    I bought my Roccat Isku FX keyboard this afternoon

    if the keyboard doesn’t work, return to the store (customer service)

      Everything is working and no I haven’t tested it elsewhere... I think it’s more coming from my computer or the fact that I don’t really know how to do all that...

    you tell me the keyboard doesn’t work, then that everything works

    does it work or not?

    download the latest driver on this page (in downloads at the bottom of the page)

    it's a zipped driver, you need to unzip it with 7 zip for example

    the link in case you need >> https://www.7-zip.org/

    PS: take the one corresponding to your PC (32 or 64 bits)

    https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/windows/169-32-bits-ou-64-bits-comment-savoir/

    run it as administrator (right-click) to install

    then unzip the driver and run SETUP as administrator (right-click)

    restart the PC and see how it goes
