Hello,
I have a problem with my Samsung Level Box Mini speaker that I purchased some time ago. I can turn it on by pressing the button on top, but it only stays on for a few seconds (5 or 6 seconds at most) before it automatically turns off.
Additionally, I can't charge it (the power button is supposed to be red while charging) because when I plug it in to charge, the power button turns red, and 2-3 seconds later the speaker automatically turns on (with its little sound) and then shortly after that, the speaker turns off by itself and the small red light goes out.
It has served me greatly (I've used it since I bought it), and I think I’ve charged it at least once a week since the purchase; it has obviously fallen to the ground (a maximum of 4 times) but has never had any problems before.
Do you have a solution to my problem?
I won't hide the fact that I would be annoyed to have to buy a new one (50€ for that one) even though I'm sure I've gotten my money's worth.

Yes, I was thinking of bringing it back to the store as soon as possible, but let's just say my place of study and the store in question are not close by. Thanks for your opinion^^
