How to find notifications accidentally hidden

Hello,
Some time ago, I wanted to hide certain notifications on Facebook, but by mistake, I deleted one that served as a shortcut to a friend's account.
Today, I've looked everywhere in the account settings, on the "notifications" tab, but absolutely nothing is highlighted to retrieve the hidden notifications.
For Facebook, it seems that hiding and deleting mean the same thing.

Unless he has deleted his posts, you can still find these notifications on this friend's wall or elsewhere.
