Car subwoofer

Hello!
I'm about to get my driver's license and I'm a hardcore Hardstyle/Hardcore music lover and all kinds of music that hits hard! Right now I have a Bose Sound Touch 10, and it really pumps out the beats, but I only use it at home. I have a 306, the sound isn't great and I'd like to install a subwoofer!
From what I've read and heard, you need to change the head unit to have a jack output and run wires to connect the subwoofer to it, well those who know should understand me!
I would like to know if the Bose B1 Bass Module would be compatible, and if so, how to proceed? Thanks in advance :D

    hello.

Rather than connecting the subwoofer to the car radio (which is quite limited in power), you can buy an amplifier.

Basically, the car radio will serve as a preamp, and the amplifier sends power to the speakers and the sub.

This allows you to have better sound and more power.
The downside is that it can be a bit expensive, that's true.

Otherwise, you can buy better speakers like Focal, which can deliver good bass, but it won't break your back, we agree ;)

And for your Bose speaker, I can't tell you, I don't know.
But the impedance should be 6 or 8 ohms.
In cars, it's 4 ohms, so it's incompatible, and you would simply destroy the speaker...

Indeed, the Bose Bass module B1 serves as an amplifier, I believe; however, I'm not really familiar with it :x
Thank you for the information, I'll look into it :)
