do not power off

Question

Hello,

When I turn on my SHARP TV model LC-32LE144E, it displays: "do not power off" scanning, but the percentage never reaches 100. Furthermore, I cannot change anything with the remote control; I have to unplug it.
What should I do to be able to "watch" TV again?

No, I no longer have access to the menu as neither the remote control nor the television buttons work. However, sometimes - which is rare - I manage to connect. What would be your suggestion?
PS: I have already tried entering the "menu" to reset it, but that doesn't change anything.
Do you have anything else to propose?

Hello, don't turn it off, it must be downloading and installing an update. If you unplug it during the update, it might not work at all. Wait a bit before doing anything.

What would your idea be? My idea was to do a factory reset... returning to the initial state when purchased "Do you have anything else to suggest?" Nothing else except to show it to a repair technician for a quote if it's not too old  I call a spade a spade *      *in French in the text
