Hello, I was looking for football tracksuits but the prices are too high, 120 euros for the 2017 season is quite expensive. So I came across Ioffer which offers the same ones for 30 euros. I did some research about the site but didn’t find much information on it. I was planning to buy 4 tracksuit sets from the same seller but I'm wondering if I will actually receive them?

So, it's a bad idea to order because counterfeit goods aren't what will bother me.

Maybe, but the Chinese will be happy to have your banking data...

Big scam. They are counterfeits. I thought they were models without brand markings; how foolish I am.

Have you seen the prices? A pair of underwear for 2.50 euros (shipping included) or a t-shirt for 4 euros (shipping included), that's a steal. Brand or not, you can't find that even at the market.

I have already ordered several items from this site, except for a t-shirt I ordered that was of poor quality, the other products were perfect. You just have to take the time to order and read the reviews to avoid getting ripped off.

Hello
I did some research about the site but I didn't find much on it.
Is your Google on strike? It's not like there aren't negative reviews online... In fact, it's mostly independent 'sellers' using this platform who lack reliability.
Be careful with counterfeit sportswear: in case of customs seizure and passing the information to the rights holders (those who receive the 'derivative rights'..), there's a possibility of proceedings with high D&I..
That said, everyone assesses their own risks..
A+

Hello,
I don't recommend this site, as I placed 3 orders and I was never delivered, nor refunded.
The sellers are obviously acting in bad faith and the shipping tracking is random.
One even told me that my address didn't exist, even though I have lived here for 15 years, and this despite the Google Maps link.
Avoid it, unless you enjoy losing your money!

Generally, the delay is one month, but it varies. The two times I had issues, I found my package at the post office (with the tracking number) even though it was supposed to arrive in my mailbox. My brother had problems too, and when he asked for a refund after 2 months, he received the package that the seller claimed to have sent back in 2-3 weeks.
Hi! So I'm giving you my boyfriend's feedback since he ordered quite a few things on iOffer, like football tracksuits, sneakers, etc.
First, you need to order from the same seller; for that, you should look at as many reviews as possible, not just the star rating... and if you can, order something cheap first to see if it arrives well. Also, if you're unsure, I know you can order through your bank or something like that; you should look into it, but you pay a little more because the bank takes a percentage, but you're sure not to get your bank account compromised. Regarding quality, it's hit or miss again; you need to look closely at the clothes, but they are really well made; there are even tags with the brand name. Most of them are like the real ones in terms of quality, but once the material wasn't great—it smelled strongly of sweat as soon as you wore it for 5 minutes... it's really random. I advise you to do thorough research, and for the shoes, it's the same; they are like the real ones, quite comfortable. If you wear them every day, they last about a year (without playing football), so I hope my feedback has helped you a bit!

Beware, I advise you against this site.
You have been warned...
You can find the same items at the Montreuil flea market for the same price, if not cheaper. A pair of Sharks offered at 27€ at the flea market was proposed for 30€ and after negotiation, it was 20€. So there you go, don't waste your time and money.
Let's not forget our friends at Customs who are very hungry during this crisis period...

After your responses, I was discouraged from buying from this site, but then I discovered dhgate which has better positive reviews, and I found the same tracksuits I wanted but without the Nike or Adidas logos sewn onto them, so I'm not sure if that's still considered counterfeit.
No problem with the i-offer site... On my side, I've placed several small orders and I've never had any issues... Well, I'm ordering (so-called) branded boxers for 3 euros including shipping or t-shirts (same: Adidas or Nike) for 5 euros including shipping. If they don't arrive, I haven't lost much, but they always come.
Hello, I ordered a pair of sports shoes for my grandson for Christmas priced at €34.40 and paid by credit card, but the payment was rejected the first time, then I tried again a second time and once again the payment was rejected. I then gave up, but two days later I noticed that the amount of €37.33 had been debited from my account even though the two payment attempts had failed (payment rejected), and the amount went from €34.40 to €37.33. On IOFFER, they are still asking me to validate my purchase; I don't understand anything and I sent a message to IOFFER but they haven't responded. I don't know what to do anymore, and I feel like I've been scammed and that my order will never be delivered. This website seems fraudulent to me and should definitely be avoided. However, if anyone can give me information on how to communicate with them (phone number, for example) I would appreciate it.
First of all, it’s not the same amount, there’s a problem... We need to check what’s written on the line of the bank statement. We need to contact the bank and make a claim to try to get a refund. If it comes from the site, it will be noted on the bank statement.
It’s better to use Paypal for payment when the seller accepts it (some do accept it) and in case of a problem, Paypal refunds. Of course, you need to open a Paypal account, but it’s free and takes a minute.

Hello, I ordered a bag on iOffer in September, and in November the seller replied that customs had seized it. I requested a refund, and the seller said he would resend my order, but now we are in December and he is no longer responding. What should I do to get my refund?
Hello
Honestly, I advise against ordering on ioffer. I ordered 4 items from different sellers on February 16 and now it's March 28, and I still haven't received anything to this day. 2 sellers responded to me, but one of them isn't replying at all, so I probably won't get a refund, because it's impossible to leave messages on ioffer, at least I can't. Moreover, for every order you make, they charge you extra fees, well it's almost nothing but it's not honest.
So don't buy anything from them, but otherwise, I order from Wish and AliExpress and honestly, I haven't had any problems with them.

Hello, I ordered a bag and the seller gave me the tracking number. It's weird because when I click on it, it says that the post office hasn't processed my package since August 7th, the day I placed the order, and it's still the same thing. So I went on Google, typed in China Post, then entered the tracking number, and it says the number doesn't exist. Like, the guy gave me a fake number and he doesn't even respond to messages. It's such a scam. I'm so upset, luckily it only cost me a bit over 15.
Hello, IOFFER is a website connecting sellers with individuals. Not only are these counterfeit products, but sellers are also free to ship the items to France. A huge number of sellers validate your purchases, collect the money, and send nothing. Are you going to file a complaint for a counterfeit purchase? Of course not. They take full advantage of it, and IOFFER will tell you to sort it out with the seller, who will just laugh in your face.
Aliexpress, like many other sites, protects you by only paying the seller once you have reported receiving the merchandise... it's much more reassuring.
IOFFER = Scam
Good luck with this Russian roulette site!!!

Hello,
I ordered a pair of sneakers on Ioffer almost 2 months ago, and I still haven't received anything, supposedly stuck in customs, what a big scam. I tried it once to see, but I won’t do it again; I highly discourage this site. My brother also fell victim to it. There are other reliable sites where you don’t have to worry about your credit card!
