Hello, I received my tower for my birthday. It worked very well on the first day, but after about 2 songs it stops. It's become frustrating.
I'm very disappointed with the product; I really wanted one.
It's the Thomson DS 150 CD tower. Who can help me understand or solve the problem?

Is the Bluetooth tower well positioned on a rigid surface?
Are the air intake openings free and not obstructed... if the ventilation is blocked, there is a risk of abnormal overheating and for safety the tower shuts down.

In case of accidental shutdown, the manual advises on page 5
    RESET
Default values for the device can be restored to their original state in case of a problem.
When the device is no longer functioning or shuts down accidentally. Use a pointed object (such as a paperclip) to press the RESET button on the back of the device. The system will turn off and
automatically restart. If the procedure was successful, the time will flash and display zero.

If nothing works and if the Tower is under warranty, returning it to customer service is necessary.

    Good evening again
I have done everything you advised me to do, but nothing has changed, and to make matters worse, the person who gave it to me in March threw away the receipt that served as a warranty. I have no solution left.
Thank you for responding to me.

      Good evening,
You usually have to go back to the store; they can reprint the receipt if the purchase was made with a credit card (they have it in their system).
      Good luck.

    Hello,
Please check if, by any chance, the sleep function is activated.
Excerpt from the manual on page 5 :
    SLEEP FUNCTION (SLEEP)
    In playback mode
    • Press SLEEP successively to choose the duration:
    90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 minutes or OFF
    • The device automatically turns off at the end of the chosen time
Note: It is possible to view the remaining time by pressing SLEEP.

Thank you for your reply. I just checked that the sleep mode is not activated, and it was not activated.
