Hello, I received my tower for my birthday. It worked very well on the first day, but after about 2 songs it stops. It's become frustrating.
I'm very disappointed with the product; I really wanted one.
It's the Thomson DS 150 CD tower. Who can help me understand or solve the problem?

Is the Bluetooth tower well positioned on a rigid surface?
Are the air intake openings free and not obstructed... if the ventilation is blocked, there is a risk of abnormal overheating and for safety the tower shuts down.
In case of accidental shutdown, the manual advises on page 5
If nothing works and if the Tower is under warranty, returning it to customer service is necessary.

RESET
Default values for the device can be restored to their original state in case of a problem.
When the device is no longer functioning or shuts down accidentally. Use a pointed object (such as a paperclip) to press the RESET button on the back of the device. The system will turn off and
automatically restart. If the procedure was successful, the time will flash and display zero.
If nothing works and if the Tower is under warranty, returning it to customer service is necessary.

Especially when it's not there...
Hello,
