Hello,

I received a Thomson DS250CD tower. The music stops automatically after 60 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 10 minutes. When I go to the SLEEP function, I can see the minutes displayed, but I don't have an Off function to disable this automatic shutoff.
Hoping to get help from you, I thank you in advance.

    Thank you for your replies,
I sent an email to Thomson customer service, because when I press SLEEP the screen doesn't blink and I still don't have the off function.

When I press SLEEP, the screen doesn't flicker
Pressing Sleep may not be held long enough.

    Hello,
I've tried my best but I can't find it. There might be another step to take but I don't know what it is.

        Hello

        same opinion

        Sleep mode
        Press and hold
        EQ/SLEEP
; the screen flashes. Set the sleep delay in minutes
by pressing this button the necessary number of times. The delay can be set from 10 to 90 minutes.
The screen flashes three times before returning to the previous interface display. If you want
to cancel sleep mode, press OFF. The screen flashes three times, indicating that sleep mode
        is canceled

the 205 cd manual is not any clearer!

        cia ciao

    Hello,
I suppose you missed the "Off"
Try again, it's supposed to exist.

    Hello
I have sent the tower to the sales department. There is a whole series of towers that are defective.
    Thank you for your help.

      Thank you for the feedback...
There are indeed manufacturing defects, but generally, that's not where we first look for the reasons behind a problem.
