Hello,
I received a Thomson DS250CD tower. The music stops automatically after 60 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 10 minutes. When I go to the SLEEP function, I can see the minutes displayed, but I don't have an Off function to disable this automatic shutoff.

I sent an email to Thomson customer service, because when I press SLEEP the screen doesn't blink and I still don't have the off function. -

Pressing Sleep may not be held long enough.
--It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there... -

I've tried my best but I can't find it. There might be another step to take but I don't know what it is.-
Off it is, who knows, the off button on the remote while we are in the sleep timer programming??
