Hello,

I want to install my printer on my new computer. I had a big Toshiba laptop before where the printer worked very well, but as a student, I bought a small office computer.

But on this computer, I don't have a CD drive, so I can't install the drivers. I've tried to download it from different websites, I've done it on other computers and it worked, and I'm struggling because nothing is working, and it really bothers me...

      Hi

      thank you very much for your response

      I've tried to do what you told me

      the problem is it's a small computer with 32 GB and I don't have enough space to update Windows

      and I tried to follow tutorials from budding computer experts who I feel have made me lose space rather than gain it

      I also tried to transfer the files to an external storage space, but it's impossible, even when I accept, they say I don't have the administrator rights to delete or move the folders from the C:/ drive

      I feel a bit stuck

      I'm still taking all your information into account, even for recovering adequate storage space
