depuis Windows 10, impossible d'enregistrer les fichiers scannés. Je désinstalle les ancien pilotes puis je télécharge la mise à jour, ça fonction une fois, puis plus rien.
Mon objectif est aussi de pouvoir scanner plusieurs pages pour un fichier de préférence en PDF

Have you downloaded the drivers from the official website? If you haven't download them from official website then I recommend you to download them from the official website.
Also, you can delete all the installed drivers from your Windows and then again install them on your windows. Hope it'll work.
YOu can also check in device manager whether your printer device is connected or not. Try to run troubleshooter. If you got error saying device descriptor request failed then you'll have to read the fix here : https://youprogrammer.com/device-descriptor-request-failed/
Visit EPSON's official support website, put your product's name and download & install the driver. Link: https://epson.com/Support/sl/s

ok, et après installations des pilotes, as-tu regardé si tu avais des MAJ dans Windows Update?

après installation des pilotes, le scanner fonctionne correctement, et quand tu redémarres le pc, il ne fonctionne plus?
tu as 1 message d'erreur ou d'autres infos qui s'affichent?
