    Hello,
    I had the same problem with my TV at the beginning, and by accidentally pressing a button I solved it. If you're looking for the manual for your remote, it's not certain that you'll be given the one for the correct year, so I thought of something: with a camera or a smartphone, take a photo of your remote and after transferring it to your PC, attach this photo here in an email. In this way, someone should be able to tell you which button to use.
