Hello
I just bought a Lenovo PC but I can't display the @ key even though I've followed all the recommendations, i.e. press shift and @ at the same time.
It doesn't work with my QWERTY keyboard, so please help me.

    Good evening,

Firstly, where was the laptop purchased? Was it in Canada/Quebec?

Secondly, why a QWERTY keyboard when you are used to AZERTY?

Thirdly, a bit more information such as the model number of the computer, the version of Windows, laptop or desktop with keyboard purchased separately, etc.

-Here in Quebec, we use the French (Canada) keyboard but for some reason that I don't understand, Microsoft continues to default to the "Standard Multilingual Keyboard" half the time when installing Windows, which results in confusing many people who don't know why...

-->To make the @ symbol with the Standard Multilingual Canadian (CMS) keyboard: shift + 2 (hold shift down and press 2 at the same time). No need to try to press both at the same time hehehe

-->To make the @ symbol with the French (Canada) keyboard: AltCar (right Alt, just to the right of the space bar) + 2
    AltCar + 2

Shift+2 with the French (Canada) keyboard produces this: ""

    Hoping this helps you,
    Have a good evening :)

I obtained the computer thanks to a program initiated by the state of Senegal that allows students to receive a computer financed at 39% by the state, which means I do not know its exact origin as there are several partners involved.
However, it is the Windows 10 Professional edition.

I also tried the new recommendations but it doesn't work.
And as for the choice of keyboard, it wasn't up to me.
        Thank you.
