You need to copy the link of the video on YouTube that you are reporting or paste it on the site that extampor provided you. Then, you will be able to download the file at the resolution you want.
In images, it looks like this for example:
1) copy the URL link:
You can also obtain this link by clicking on the Share button under the video.
2) Paste the retrieved link:
3) Download the file you want:
That's how you can obtain YouTube videos in "MP4" format without installing any software. Other methods exist, but this one is relatively simple ;-)

No need for software overlay, simply replace/modify the URL with
https://www.youtube.com/ ....
==> http://deturl.com/www.youtube.com ....
