HP printer error message

Hello,

I use an HP LaserJet Pro printer with a Windows 7 PC equipped with Word 2007 at work.

My problem is that the message pcl xl warning illegalmediasource prints every time I print an envelope from Word using mail merge.

I would like to know if it is possible to prevent this.

    Enable the function: Send true type as Bitmap

      And where can I find the "HP Universal Printing PCL 6 property panel"? Because I've looked everywhere in the printer properties and haven't found anything like that :(

    Hello,

    1° It's very simple. Just go to the HP Universal Printing PCL 6 properties panel, then to 'general' and then to 'print options'
    Enable the function: Send true type as Bitmap
    That's all

    2° In the print preferences (select Control Panel, Devices and Printers, right-click), select the Paper / Quality tab and change the "Source is" to "Automatically select printer". The problem is probably that you don't have a paper tray for those envelopes, also check the Word settings... Or the envelope format is American and not French in centimeters.

      I suppose my network was bugged because now I can access the HP site correctly.
