Hello,
I have an HP Envy X2 PC/tablet running Windows 10.
For the past few days, I haven't been able to use my keyboard. It is connected to the tablet since I can use the touchpad.
Also, when I click the Shift key on the touch keyboard, the corresponding key light turns on the keyboard.
I suspect I accidentally did something that might have locked the keyboard. I’ve searched and found references to the "Filter Keys" option. I checked, and the "Filter Keys" option is indeed disabled. I don't know what else I can do to resolve my issue since the keyboard seems to be functioning; it just seems to be locked.
Does anyone have any ideas?
