Hello everyone, gamer friends
I recently bought a PS4 (I used to be an Xbox player) and quickly bought quite a few games. Proud of my PS4, I plugged it in, turned it on, set it up, etc. Then I launched the game I purchased with it (Dying Light). It’s a bit old but I really enjoy this game and wanted to play it again. So I started the game and a small window popped up informing me, "PSN features are unavailable due to age-related restrictions." I then closed the game and went to the "Settings" -> "Parental Controls" section, and there I saw that I had all the permissions to play. So I logged in with the "guardian" account (if we can say that), and repeated the same process. But when I logged back into my account, I still encountered the same problem. The worst part is that I also tried playing with the "guardian" account as I mentioned, but the same issue occurred.
