Hello,
my Alcatel S250 voice landline displays ENR.COMB.PLS
it’s handset number 1 and I can’t do anything with it, not even reset it.
What can I do?
Thank you, it’s brand new, bought yesterday.

The solution wasn't really that of my D17T, but by interpreting it, which wasn't difficult, I achieved my goal. Sincere thanks.

Try this

Note that the base key is the one marked 11 in the image opposite =====>

Thank you, I think that's what I'm going to do, but I would have liked to avoid it because it's a 50 km round trip to bring it back... while there might not be much to it. Thanks anyway for trying.
Have a good day.

Strange, however, that you can't find the association or similar function in the menu.

association:
11. Search for handset / association
To locate the handset / to start the association procedure.
For multi-handset models, all provided handsets are already associated with the base.
Association is therefore only necessary for additional handsets that you purchase and for defective handsets that you need to replace.

You must have unassociated all handsets due to a wrong manipulation.

Start again with a single handset at first, then pair them one by one.
Unplug everything, turn on the base and one handset, press 11, then ok on handset 1.
If it works, turn on handset 2, press 11 then ok on the handset.

Or press 11 when the handset displays enr.comb.svp.

There is definitely a manipulation to be done on the handset to pair it...
The manipulation on the handset must be done within 60 seconds after pressing (and holding) the base button.

With the base powered on, removing and reinserting the batteries from the handset can also be a solution... provided that a de-pairing has never been done.

According to the manual, the trio is paired out of the box, so if the trio is asking for a combination to be registered, it means someone has separated them. You need to find the process, which seems relatively simple: pressing button 11 calls the nearby handsets, and you need to confirm.

All DECT (cordless) phones have their handsets pre-registered or associated from the factory.
Moreover, Myriam56500 states that she has a problem with only one of the two handsets:
while the 2 rings (see message#5)

Finally, this is not a C250 but an S250 for which there is no detailed manual, just a multilingual PDF that spans 2 pages.
And this brief manual does not describe the procedure for associating or registering a handset with its base.

Hello,

I have the same issue mentioned earlier, my Alcatel S250 Voice duo handset shows ENR/handset, so I followed the unsubscribe then subscribe procedure, but since then both of my handsets show ENR/handset.... no matter how hard I try to resubscribe on the 2 handsets... nothing works... do you have a solution please?

Hello Marylème88,
Are you trying to subscribe by first pressing the base button... and doing this quickly enough (a little over a minute between pressing the base button and the procedure to be carried out on the handset)?

Is the base properly powered?

Good evening...

Often, to "subscribe" the handsets, you need to press and hold the "paging" button on the base at the same time, or almost... did you do that?
Regards,
See you soon

HELLO
this indicates that you need to proceed with pairing with the base

don't you have the manual?

in case of a blockage, simply remove the battery for a few seconds

Good evening, I have the manual but nothing on this topic and no base settings except h, date, etc., but nothing on this subject... I removed the batteries from the 2 handsets, unplugged the 2 bases for about 15 minutes, and when I plug everything back in, it gives me the message again and now it's completely locked, I can't do anything with it.
