Hello, I just formatted my computer because it was running very slowly, and now I obviously have many issues to resolve, including this one:
I no longer have the sound I used to have, meaning there are almost no bass sounds coming from the headphone jack of my computer. I manually backed up everything I could from my old PC onto a hard drive, but I don't know where the drivers might be (or what the difference is, I’m not sure) to restore the original sound, or even if they are there.
My PC is a Toshiba Satellite C75 A.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 59.0.3071.115
