Toshiba amd E1 satellite

Hello,

I have a Toshiba AMD E1 satellite (my daughter's) that is incredibly slow; I bought it new, even the small games on Facebook lag.
Even without using the internet, if I use Word or Paint, it also lags constantly.
It's running Windows 8.1, with an AMD E1-2100 APU processor at 1.00GHz.
Graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 8210.
Installed memory is 2.00GB RAM, with 1.44GB usable.
64-bit.
Is there any way to fix this, or is it simply a piece of junk?

it's unfortunately a piece of s***
lame processor, too little memory and 64 bit on top of that
in short, a piece of junk

so yes, an I3, 6 gigabytes of RAM minimum and a win10 x64
if in doubt, repost a topic with your budget and the use you will make of it, there are plenty of helpers who will give you good links with equipment that suits you
