Hello everyone,

Let me explain.

I bought a Bose SoundLink Air (wifi) more than a year ago.

To use it, it needs to connect to the network via the Bose app.

However, every time I try to set it up with the network, the app says, "an error occurred."

And I can never select my network...

Does anyone have any advice? ...
