Message "protect" on Samsung MX-H630 chain

Hello,
for some time now, the sound of my system has been decreasing on its own and I have had to turn it up to max to hear anything, and sometimes the system just shut off suddenly.
Now the sound only comes out at full volume and the system sometimes shuts down immediately upon turning it on with the message "protect" (and not push power protect as I have seen on the forum).
I used a dust spray just in case dust had accumulated, but the problem persists and worsens with each new startup!
The product is over a year old and is therefore no longer under warranty.
Can you please help me?

Hello,
"Reset the device: with no disc inserted and the message 'NO
DISC' displayed on the device's screen, press and hold the STOP button for at least 5 seconds."

But you will erase all FM settings and presets

It hasn't changed anything, the message still appears before the channel shuts down by itself.
