Hello,
after downloading Malwarebytes, the PC gets stuck on startup with "BOOTMGR" is compressed, Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart", after I was told that the computer would restart. And since then, nothing works. And of course, no backup of the files... This PC is about 11 years old.
Is there anyone who could help us please?
(especially since I did this while trying to clean up a friend's computer!!!)
Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 54.0

      Hello and thank you Malekal_morte,
little problem: we now have the BIOS utility EZ Mode page, but what to do now? The CD/DVD drive is no longer working, nor is USB access. HELP us! please, por favor, s'il vous plaît.

If you don't have a DVD and USB drive, no boot will be possible.
Aside from putting the hard drive as a slave on another computer...

What is the problem with the USB?

        Hello!
I don't know what the problem is with the USB (my friend said it doesn't work, period...). And given his impatience, he took the damn thing to the computer doctor..!
        Thanks for your help.
