Hello,
I have 59 flames with a friend on Snap and she hasn't sent me any more, we're on the hourglass, but it's already been over 4 hours that I've had the hourglass with her. How long does the hourglass last?

Nothing indicates it, but I would say around 2 to 4 hours. I might have a tip: if you want to keep your flames, you can just go into your phone settings and change the date or even the time on your phone, and they will come back ;-)

Usually, you lose the hourglass if she replies to you. I have 329 flames with a friend and the hourglass is gone; she wasn't replying to me. Maybe a bug.
