No video with the format... mime was found how to play?

Hello,

I'm trying to play a video but it keeps saying no video of the supported format or MIME type was found
how can I play the video? I'm using Firefox

Please no: 5% x 5 = figure it out.
Tell me everything

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 53.0

    Have you tried VLC? Or another video player?
    Correct me if I'm wrong.

        How did you do it?

        I have the problem. I'm adding that VLC is not working.

        With another browser (like Edge...), the problem is different: the video is "black."

        With another PC and Firefox, it works!?

        Does anyone have an explanation and especially a solution?
