Write an email in bold

Good evening
I have something to ask you regarding bold writing and here I know that one should not write in bold and here is my question: can I write my emails in bold because this way my contacts see better when I write than with plain text? My contacts say they can’t understand well what I have written

    But still, bold emails are perfectly unnecessary...

        Well, I'm going to write my emails in plain text and not bold, and I wanted to tell you something, and here it is, a contact emailed me in bold and I had trouble reading the email, and I think that when you write in bold it's like writing with a thick marker, and I have good eyesight.

    The usage on the internet (and in emails) advises against generalizing the use of "bold" text; indeed, "bold" should be used to highlight something important... doing it systematically suggests a form of "pretentiousness" that may be poorly perceived by recipients...

    Anyway, if you do it with close friends and it doesn't bother them, why not.... However, if you do it with (for example) an employer.... maybe they won't care.... or perhaps they will consider it a form of impoliteness....

    On the other hand, if you are addressing (for instance) a person who has reading difficulties, bold text or possibly a larger font may be desired by them....

    So it is indeed according to circumstances that one must adapt the presentation of their writings.

    Good evening,
    So when you type from your messaging software or from the web page of your messaging service, it's true that with their icons that replace the writings like Font Size, Text Color, Bold, Italic, you don't immediately see what's what since at first you don't know what these icons are.

    So:
    for Orange: it's pretty simple to make text bold, you just need to click on the B right above the text in the menu bar Font, Size, etc...

    for Gmail or Inbox: to make text bold, you have to click on the icon "B" in the bottom menu of the window, on TT for Font Size, etc...

    for right here :) if we want to write bold text here, well you just need to write your text, then select it all and click on B but we won't do that because it will upset a lot of people :)

    As for the other messaging services, I don't know what icons they use, but it's kind of a standard language so all the icons are represented pretty much the same way.
