Hello,
I can't find my tablet unlock pattern and when I click "forget pattern", it asks for my email and password, but I can't remember those either. So, I pressed the "reset" button, but it only turns the tablet off and on again and still asks for the pattern.
I would like to know if you know how to reset a tablet without having to enter the pattern, thank you sincerely.
P.S.: My tablet is a Polaroid.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 58.0.3029.110

Good evening,
Your tablet didn't reset because you didn't perform the Reset operation correctly.
Check the manual carefully; there's likely a specific way to do the reset that works.
We can't guess the method.
