Unable to install apps on my Qilive Q6T10IN

Hello everyone, I recently acquired a second-hand Qilive Q6T10IN tablet. After setting it up and installing a few apps, I could no longer install anything, whether through the Play Store or by using APKs. I have already tried clearing the Play Store cache, doing soft resets, hard resets, to no avail.

I've been searching for a solution for 2 days, if you have any ideas, feel free to share!

    For APKs, it's a different matter... Have you enabled "unknown sources"? What is your system version? Are the apps compatible?

    I have space left, when I try from the Play Store, I get error 501, the same for updates. From an APK, there is no loading time, I directly get "application not installed."
