Internet connection in an Appart City

Good evening,
So here it is, I am currently in a hotel or rather an apartment/hotel (appart'city) for another 2 months and I have internet access that is not too bad but doesn't allow me to watch YouTube in good conditions and requires me to go through a login page about every 2 hours.
I would like to know if I could, in the first instance, avoid this infamous page, and in the second instance, if it is possible to increase the bandwidth dedicated to my IP. I have my console and it is clear that I can't play online with this speed hahahahaha! But I'm not expecting a miracle solution, I've already spent quite a bit of time on Google about this.
