Hello,
With my new AZUS laptop (Win 10 64 bit)
When trying to install "Office", I receive an "error 1704, the installation of Visual C++ 2008 redistributable - X-' 9.0.30729.6161 is currently interrupted. You must annul the changes made to this installation to continue
Do you want to cancel the changes"
I clicked yes a hundred times... I thought it was progressing, but in fact, nothing! So I clicked no, and everything stopped!
I have done this three times, but still the same error 1704
NB: I have downloaded the exe file from the official Office site as recommended on comment ça marche!

Errors of this kind occur because a program was improperly installed. Start by completely uninstalling previous versions of Office using Microsoft's fixit:
