I just uninstalled my Steam because of the problem stated in the title, I can't do anything!!!
please help me I can't do anything now
Steam must be online to perform the update, it keeps telling me that!!!

    Actually, you won't be able to do much until you have a network.
    I think Steam checks for updates every 3 days (I think). I think you need to reinstall it.
