Hello,

I have had a powerline adapter connected to my PC in my room for about a year because the router is too far away for me to get internet. However, since yesterday, the powerline LED remains off. I tried restarting both adapters, but nothing changed. I then moved the powerline adapter that was in my room 10 meters closer to the router. It works now. Could you please let me know how to get it working again from my room?

Thank you for reading, and thank you for your help!

    Hello,
powerline adapters are a rather unpredictable radio technology; it takes very little for the signal to be interfered with and lost in the noise.
The only good workaround for the issues is a direct ethernet cable.
