    Hello,

    You can't configure a mobile device to get unlimited free internet, except by connecting to public WiFi hotspots. In fact, there is no such thing as free internet on 3G / 4G...

    It just depends on the subscription you have with your provider. If you have any issues with it, contact or visit your mobile carrier.
