Notification issue for 1 contact

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 and for a while now I haven't been receiving message notifications from just one of my contacts. All the messages I receive from other contacts make my phone ring. But one contact no longer rings. Next to their name in the messages, there's a sound icon with a line through it (mute sign).
What should I do?

    Hello,

    You need to go to the settings of that specific contact and reactivate their notifications. On my Android, you can access these settings through the options (3 small dots) directly in the SMS conversation.
